I LIFT UP MY EYES – Psalm 1:4

Psalm 1:4 : Not so the wicked!     They are like chaff  that the wind blows away.

Response: Lord, what a useless life the ungodly have – to be like chaff – worthless, light with no anchor. Let me not wander like the ungodly,  tossed to and fro with every wind of doctrine. Please help me stay grounded in You, Your Word and in Your ways of righteousness and glory today. Remind me that the ways of the ungodly are just vainglory.  Jesus, Keep me close to You today. Amen.

AMEN what a privilege to be given the honor of trusting in Christ and then following His Word as we seek to serve Him daily! Thanks for a great reminder.

  2. What a difference the Lord makes! What a complete change He makes in a life!

For my first 22 years I was like the chaff – useless. For the last 54 years, since the Lord changed me, life has been L.I.F.E – abundant life, a life of joy and peace. Yes, there have been problems along the way, but there has been HIS joy and peace IN those problems, and HE has given victory.

Thank You for the abundance through knowing, loving and serving You. Thank You for Your continued work in me, leading me in Your ways and undertaking for me.

    What an amazing God!

Love this! Really creative how you posted the verse, and then a response to it. God bless you!

The Word is nothing to us, until we respond to it. Always, we need to respond to encounter, enjoy and endure life experiences with God. Thank God for His Word.
