Divine Grace that saves…an action of God that offers even more “after Salvation”

The Bible teaches that sinful men  are saved and morally changed by Divine Grace. Divine Grace goes beyond initial salvation and forgiveness,,, into the holy walk and the holy life of a believer.

Grace grants forgiveness to a sinner from all past sins…but there is still more

Grace gives man a holy heart in the new birth

Grace “teaches the believer in Christ to deny ungodliness and worldly lusts”…Titus 2:11-14…at the point of Salvation

Grace produces power to live sober, righteous, and godly in this present world… every day of your life in Christ

Grace gives constant victory over sinful conduct as it makes the heart and character of the believer in Christ holy and clean…Not to be taken lightly.

Grace keeps the Holy Spirit present in the child of God’s heart, life, character, and behavior

Grace enables holy men and women to be a pattern for Christ  1 Timothy 1:16

The Bible terms Divine Grace as …exceedingly abundant, much more, or something greater than Law. How blessed we are to have such blessing flow from Christ’s death and exaltation now in the present tense! What an honor to be enabled with power from above to be right and to do right. Jesus the Christ is the provider of such morality into the human make-up! Jesus is not just a great story that offers good morals. The presence and  power of the deity of Christ “flows” into the heart through belief and trust in the person of Christ; in the reality of Christ; and in the substance of Christ. Divine Grace produces something holy and new. His Grace produces our changed moral make-up that gives us a better life on this side of Heaven.

Grace gives the believer in Christ an ability to “lay aside” sin  (the acts of sin and the sin nature) as we run the race of life

Hebrews 12:1-2…let us lay aside every weight, and the  sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us, Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith

The action of God’s Grace gives the believer in Christ power to lay aside sin. God doesn’t limit His Grace to just salvation of believers. Divine Grace is the power of the Gospel that Christ commanded us to preach. The Gospel generates the power and action of God Almighty. Today, the Gospel of the Grace of God is being made known around the globe through the person of Jesus Christ and the power of His Holy Spirit. Glad to be a part of such blessing!

Acts 20:24…But none of these things move me, neither count I my life dear unto myself, so that I might finish my course with joy, and the ministry, which I have received of the Lord Jesus, to testify the gospel of the Grace of God.

Since 1988 I’ve been writing and doing service for the Lord. It all began in 1987 after a personal walk began with the Lord. This personal walk with the Lord I speak of turned into extensive Bible studies and later evolved into blogging in early 2000. At present I write, author, and publish several different sites on the Internet. My Blogs contain a vast library of Theological writings, teaching videos, and preaching audios that currently go around the globe for the cause of Christ. I write at Christian Blessings on Wordpress, Holy Hubert Lindsey Group on Facebook, Churches on Trial at Google, publish You Tube videos, record sermons at holy.sermon.net, etc. I also pastor a Church called the Upper Room in Williamsburg, Ohio . My secular Blog called Southwestern Ohio Fishing on Wordpress is where I write about experiences with my son and fishing partner Chad where we together enjoy Mother Nature’s beauty mixed with Father God’s creation. At Southwestern Ohio Fishing Blog I also publish favorite recipes for those who enjoy eating and cooking as much as this writer does. Thanks for sharing your time and life with this writer at the Blogs. Here's more access to my ministry and fishing Blog if you'd care to check them out further. 4. The FACT of being saved for all eternity – of spending eternity praising my triune God without any distractions – of being saved from the penalty for my sins – thrills me and causes me to praise Him for His grace and mercy.

However, just supposing there is no eternity with Him (I *KNOW* without any shadow of doubt there is – but just supposing) I have lost nothing and gained everything in THIS life.

“Even MORE after salvation”? Yes, yes, YES!
Christ says He gives abundant life and I testify to the truth of that. In HIM is fullness of joy. His abiding presence, His guidance and direction, His power and enabling, His challenge and conviction, His encouragement . . . and so much more, make this life abundant indeed.

    What an amazing God!

May we with God’s grace pass on to the next generation the values He has taught and given to us to be overcomers to His praise.
