Oh how seriously we fail when we worship the created things rather than the creator. God, in his infinite grace, gave us the divine right to know Him completely with nothing lacking. He gave us the ability to see beyond his creation, beyond the grave, and beyond our own mortality, into the eyes of the Creator Himself.

We see at first through the eyes of his disciples in their personal accounts of his life on earth in the flesh. What a great privilege we have to see the record of his majesty even as a human being! It is an honor we share with our brothers and sisters in Christ to have had Christ lower himself to our level, so we could come up to his level. As savior, helper, provider, teacher, and friend, God the Son became one of us, his creation!
If we overlook those details, we may be doomed to wander this earth never glimpsing the truth of what a life in Christ really means. The ultimate love that Jesus, the Creator, has for us is beyond [human] comprehension. John 1:3 All things were made and came into existence through Him; and without Him was not even one thing made that has come into being.
There is one thing that we can be sure of. In the latter days many will try to discredit the Word, the original scriptures, and even what Jesus Christ said, and who he really is. In a finite worldly thinking we cannot possible understand the magnanimous, infinite love, wisdom, and understanding of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
5 Biblical tips to freedom in worship:
1. Never discredit the word of God. The Bible has not changed in thousands of years in spite of what some religions would have you think.
The King James version boasts of the most accurate translation. However, many new translations including God’s Word, use original scriptures and multiple scholars to discern accuracy. Inaccurate versions are popping up all the time to fit false religious agendas. When in doubt, cross examine.
2 Timothy 3:16 Every Scripture is God-breathed (given by His inspiration) and profitable for instruction, for reproof and conviction of sin, for correction of error and discipline in obedience, [and] for training in righteousness (in holy living, in conformity to God’s will in thought, purpose, and action),
2. Worship the Creator. Never created things.
Deuteronomy 4:19 And when you look up into the sky and see the sun, moon, and stars—all the forces of heaven—don’t be seduced into worshiping them. The LORD your God gave them to all the peoples of the earth.
Genesis 1:27 So God created man in His own image, in the image and likeness of God He created him; male and female He created them.
3. Accept the deity of Christ. God can do all things (He is omnipotent). As an omnipotent God He created all things and came to know, and understand, his creation better by becoming man–while at the same time continuing to be God, Himself.
Colossians 1:16-17 For it was in Him that all things were created, in heaven and on earth, things seen and things unseen, whether thrones, dominions, rulers, or authorities; all things were created and exist through Him [by His service, intervention] and in and for Him. 17And He Himself existed before all things, and in Him all things consist (cohere, are held together).
4. Notice and believe that God the Father, and the Lord Jesus Christ (the Son), along with the Holy Spirit are One.
Genesis 1:26 God said, Let Us [Father, Son, and Holy Spirit] make mankind in Our image, after Our likeness, and let them have complete authority over the fish of the sea, the birds of the air, the [tame] beasts, and over all of the earth, and over everything that creeps upon the earth.
1 John 5:7 So there are three witnesses in heaven: the Father, the Word and the Holy Spirit, and these three are One;
Colossians 1:13-14 [The Father] has delivered and drawn us to Himself out of the control and the dominion of darkness and has transferred us into the kingdom of the Son of His love, 14In Whom we have our redemption through His blood, [which means] the forgiveness of our sins.
Colossians 2:9 For in Him [Christ] the whole fullness of Deity (the Godhead) continues to dwell in bodily form [giving complete expression of the divine nature].
Colossians 2:10 And you are in Him, made full and having come to fullness of life [in Christ you too are filled with the Godhead–Father, Son and Holy Spirit–and reach full spiritual stature]. And He is the Head of all rule and authority [of every angelic principality and power].
5. Spend time in worship daily. Ask God to complete your understanding and wisdom. As you research on your own, the Holy Spirit will guide you into all understanding.
Psalm 51:11 Do not force me away from your presence, and do not take your Holy Spirit from me.
John 14:26 However, the helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you everything. He will remind you of everything that I have ever told you.
2 Timothy 1:14 With the help of the Holy Spirit who lives in us, protect the Good News that has been entrusted to you.
Worshipping and praising God, walking with Jesus, living in His Word: Hallelujah for these means for complete freedom to worship our God!
