Prayer request for Oklahoma Tornado victims

Let us pray for those who suffered loss from the  powerful tornado which swept through an Oklahoma City suburb on Monday 20th May, 2013. tearing down blocks of homes, two schools and leaving up to 91 people dead, including 20 children, local officials said. Remember the rescuers too that the Lord’s grace and mercy will be seen through it all in all those saved and delivered from evil.

We have 743 readers   todate,  of ChristianBlessings according to our Revolver maps database, who live in Oklahoma. Should there be any of our readers affected by the tornado, we lift  them up specially at the throne of grace, that they will  experience God’s presence, peace and grace and understand His purpose, with  strength and fortitude to  bring them through this disaster. They are not alone in this as we cover them with prayer and love in this time of great need.

US President Barack Obama declared a “major disaster” as rescuers combed through smashed homes and the collapsed remains of an elementary school in Moore, where twister-seasoned residents were shocked by the devastation

“We know there are a lot of injuries. We know we’ve lost a tremendous amount of structures throughout this community and throughout the state,” she said, as the Moore police chief urged people to leave the area.

The dead included at least 20 children, most of them under the age of 12, Amy Elliott, of the state medical examiner’s office, told AFP.

May the Lord grant comfort and  help to all who call on Him in the process of recovery
