COME UP HERE! Hear the call…
Revelation 4:1-2 (NKJV)
” After these things I looked, and behold, a door standing open in heaven. And the first voice which I heard was like a trumpet speaking with me, saying, “Come up here, and I will show you things which must take place after this. Immediately I was in the Spirit; and behold, a throne set in heaven, and One sat on the throne.”
As I pray this morning, I am drawn to this song and this scripture. As I listen to the words of this song, it says, “in the midst of heartache .. in the midst of brokenness”. We have all had periods of brokenness! God is calling each of us to “Come up here.. come up now, My beloved.” He wants to heal and restore. He wants a relationship with us. He has so much more for all of us than we can see, than we can hear, than we can even imagine… He wants us to FLY.. to be free to receive the miraculous that is available to those who believe. This was not just a word to John in Revelation, it is a word for all o f us today as we face the struggles of life in this world. We have the ability to fly like an eagle when we trust Him. It’s our faith that makes a difference!
There is a door open for all of us. He is calling out to all, “Child, come up here! Come, my beloved, come!” What we see here in the natural is like looking through a kaleidoscope… it may look beautiful to some but very distorted and deceptive. God is Truth. God is Love. He knows that many have been rejected and He has watched us crying… But He is crying out for us as many have rejected Him too. He longs for us to long for Him… Reach for Him! He loves us all and has blessings planned that you can’t even imagine!

Prayer:
Lord, I thank You that You are calling us to a deeper relationship with You. I pray for Your Holy Spirit to sweep this land and open the hearts of your children that they can hear You and see You and know that You offer much more than this world can give… I pray for healing, deliverance, and restoration for the multitudes and they will hear as You call your beloved to “come up here.” I thank you Lord that hearts will turn today…, in Jesus’ name. Amen
