HE LIFTS US UP: Complaining~~Something to Think About

Complaints…
complaints are everywhere.
But look around you…
and open your heart to care.
For there is always someone…
worse off than you.
Just open your eyes…
and open your heart too.
Many are filled with bitterness
and always gripe and complain…
never thinking to consider others
and their hardships and pain.
For it’s a selfish generation
that we live in today…
many wanting priority
every minute of the day.
But think about our complaints
and how minor they can be.
Now please look around you…
and open your eyes to see.

Philippians 2:14, “ Do all things without complaining and disputing…”

Ephesians 4:29, “Let no corrupt word proceed out of your mouth, but what is good for necessary edification, that it may impart grace to the hearers.”

Dear Lord, forgive us for any complaining or grumbling in our lives. We praise You for all that You have done for us and all that You have planned for our futures. Purify our hearts, removing any bitterness, anger, or unforgiveness and set us  free from the wounds of our pasts. Open our eyes to see You, Lord and our eyes to hear You, Lord to lead us into our futures with You… in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

The Word gives us a better way – In everything give thanks – let’s choose God’s way with blessings-
Christian Living 1 Thessalonians 5: 17pray without ceasing; 18in everything give thanks; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus. 19Do not quench the Spirit;…

Yes, as often as we complain we keep God out of our lives and take control
As often as we give praise and thanksgiving, God is there for He Indwells the praise of His people and He is in control!
Praising The Lord with my sister Angel!
