Is your life full of ” I wish had done this…or that”?
I know someone who at every turn of her road says “I wish I had done the opposite”
It is a fact that it was hindsight and we all know hindsight is really 100% vision.
It is too late to obliterate and it has consequences for good or evil.
To dwell on a wrong decision will make you down- hearted
and to stay too long, you will be depressed. You don’t want that.
release those regrets and live in the present!
Philippians 3: 7 But whatever were gains to me I now consider loss for the sake of Christ. 8 What is more, I consider everything a loss because of the surpassing worth of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord, for whose sake I have lost all things. I consider them garbage, that I may gain Christ 9 and be found in him, not having a righteousness of my own that comes from the law, but that which is through faith in[a] Christ—the righteousness that comes from God on the basis of faith. 10 I want to know Christ—yes, to know the power of his resurrection and participation in his sufferings, becoming like him in his death, 11 and so, somehow, attaining to the resurrection from the dead.
So get up and live in today in faith and His righteousness
when you can still change as things are happening or as they will happen
Seek counsel from the Lord before taking action, yea even speaking out
Seek ye the LORD while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near: Isaiah 55:6
Learn to live in the present, laying hold of that which is good and press towards the high calling of God for you. I am doing that, and I find it invigorating. Join me in living in the present.
