Today marks the 42nd anniversary of Roe vs. Wade the U.S. Supreme Court decision that legalized abortion in the United States
It is estimated since that decision in 1973 over 56,000,000 babies have perished.
56,000,000 little ones who never had the chance to be someones son or daughter, brother or sister, someones grandchild. It is easy to believe that after so much time has passed it will never change.
Don’t believe it.
Slavery existed in England for hundreds of years. One man William Wilberforce who converted to Christianity in 1784 made it his mission to see the end of slavery. In his lifetime it came to pass. In 1833 shortly before his death, slavery was outlawed in England. All because of one man
The end of abortion can happen in our time..
Pray that it will.
Pray the time will come when every precious little life will be valued and protected.
Pray that God will raise up the William Wilberforce of our time.
Maybe that person is you.
