DECEPTION…
Deception is rampant…
in the world today.
So do not be deceived…
by what others do and say.
For many deceive…
with intentions to harm.
As they manipulate others…
with their lies and charm.
And many are powerful…
working in high places…
who manipulate others…
with their lying graces.
And they manipulate and deceive…
with ill-intentions they plot.
As many trustingly watch…
as God’s warnings are forgot.
Then many are more local…
with their deception untold…
as they prosper or profit…
as lies are bought and sold.
Then many are wounded…
by deception in their lives…
as they’re personally affected…
by adulterous husbands or wives.
And many lose long-term jobs…
as bosses abuse and manipulate…
while they’re deceiving others…
with intentions to terminate.
But so many of these deceptions…
go uninterrupted  or unnoticed by man.
But God knows the truth…
and this we need to understand.
God is NEVER deceived…
for nothing is hidden from Him.
And those who harm others…
will answer for this sin.
But what is our penalty…
as we silently stand by…
Watching many get hurt…
being wounded by those lies?
So my prayer for today…
is Holy Spirit come down!!
For it is only You in us…
that Truth will be found.
Convict many hearts…
to turn to God this day.
And stop this deception…
that is rampant today!

Dear Lord, we lift up to You all those wounded by the deceptions of man. I pray that all lies and manipulations will be exposed and that the deceptive plots orchestrated by narcissistic individuals will be revealed. Deliver all of Your children from the evils of man and set them free from the bondage of their pasts. Bring healing for all wounds and restoration of all that has been lost. Turn hearts to You and help us to walk in righteousness with You… in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
