As the woman with the blood flow…
reached for Him in desperation.
She was miraculously healed…
with total restoration.
For it was her faith…
that drew His Power to be healed.
And it was her determination…
to which her legacy was sealed.
To barely touch His hem…
amongst the many in the crowd.
When many were pushing…
and yelling for Him so loud.
But she was healed…
at that very second in time.

When she reached through the crowd…
and His hem she would find.
But how many are desperate…
for His Power today.
To be healed and set free…
like His promises say.
So reach for Him now…
as you call out His name.
And when He touches you…
you will never be the same.

Now a woman, having a flow of blood for twelve years, who had spent all her livelihood on physicians and could not be healed by any, came from behind and touched the border of His garment. And immediately her flow of blood stopped.

And Jesus said, “Who touched Me?”

When all denied it, Peter and those with him said, “Master, the multitudes throng and press You, and You say, ‘Who touched Me?’”

But Jesus said, “Somebody touched Me, for I perceived power going out from Me.” Now when the woman saw that she was not hidden, she came trembling; and falling down before Him, she declared to Him in the presence of all the people the reason she had touched Him and how she was healed immediately.

And He said to her, “Daughter, be of good cheer; your faith has made you well. Go in peace.”

Dear Lord, only You know the multitude that are desperate in their situations. Touch their hearts and draw them near, igniting a fire within each heart to earnestly seek You. Help them to realize that You are the Key to overcoming all that we face in this life and the Key  to walk into the fullness that You have planned for each of us… in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
