Love Your Enemies

With stiff competition there are many rivals who can easily become enemies when we fall into temptation for the corrupt strategies and practices of the world , Lord remind us to love our enemies and forgive them and ourselves so that we live by Your standards in the midst of corruption.

If your enemies are hungry, give them food to eat.
If they are thirsty, give them water to drink. (Proverbs 25:21)

Relate: There is a story of a soldier during Vietnam. He and his battalion had just gone into a small village that was suspected of harboring Viet Cong. They tore the place up. With weeping women, old men and small children looking on, these soldiers ransacked that place as thoroughly as possible but found nothing worth stealing. Finally they moved on.

Just up the trail from this village, the battalion was ambushed. Our soldier was hit and he blacked out.
