Books about God’s grace and what it means and what it will do abound. Sometimes I like to boil complex topics down into chunks my simple mind can digest.
God’s free gift of grace, to me, is . . .
-
-
- Outright
- Undeserved
- Totally sufficient
- Exclusively God’s
- Eternal
- Universal–available to all
- Indiscriminate
- Spiritually given
- Spiritually received
- Punctual — God’s grace always arrives right on time. It is never late.1

Kyle Idleman believes unless we experience grace we’ll never understand grace.
As we experience grace it becomes a part of our story.
Do you have a grace story? Have you experienced God’s grace first hand?
What does grace mean to you?
This post is interactive.
I’m asking you to respond.
Will you share with me what grace means to you?
Let’s begin this week immersed in God’s unfathomable, lavish grace.
1Kyle Idleman’s YouTube video, Hitting Reset was my inspiration for this post.
Reminders of God’s grace
– when I have yielded to temptation and the Lord forgives with a second chance
– protection from evil – He never sleeps not slumbers
– His Presence when I feel alone in the dumps and Hecomes with assurance
– His supply of a need just sufficient and in time
And so many countless occasions through His many channels of blessings and grace – my family members, God’s family members and even the ministering angel sent to me.
And recently when I was in hospitals ( 6 weeks) and now recuperating at home.
Evelyn, I did not know you were sick. I will pray for you. I hope you remain at the Lord’s feet and in His rest while you recouperate. God bless, my friend.
Thank you Steve. I sure need your prayers. Fell and brokemyrightfemur. Now the stainlesssteel screw installed to hold broken parts together is broken. Need a miracle to fuse the bones without another operation.
I’ll be praying for you my friend.
