2019 Singapore’s Bicentennial – Lest we forget

” We are living the dreams of our pioneers, and we are now the pioneers of our future.” – the theme of Singapore’s bicentennial celebrations on August 9, 2019.

Singapore has achieved much with God’s hand and help  upon Singapore, that we have prospered economically and with peace and security as a nation.  Friends with most nations, Singapore’s population doing well economically relative to other nations. Thank You God.

Good stable government we hope will continue and cause us to remain competitive in the face of many changes environmentally , technically, morally and spiritually. Our leaders need wisdom from above to govern uprightly and peacefully. Lest we forget, we thank you for blessing us through the nation of Israel when as a nation we were most in need. Bless them we pray.

Lord may you protect especially our young ones from the stain, depravation of moral and spiritual degradation as a society. May we never forget Your laws of living contained in your Word.  May future leaders include those who love and serve You and may we never forget Your goodness and blessings. Save us from becoming  proud and self-serving and unscrupulous among ourselves and  in the comunity of nations. Help us abide in righteousness that peace may abound and we may dwell quietly in peace and harmony under You.

For Your sake  and ours, please  keep us Father in Your love. Singapore  needs You Lord  Thank You, Lord Jesus.  Amen.

Majulah Singapura!
