The police car chased the car thief round and round in a Los Angeles suburb until the thief crashed his car and was caught and jailed. He exchanged a brief chase for a disappointing term in jail.

What are we chasing ? more money? more recognition? more and more and more? Eventually will we crash and be totally disappointed even though we may achieve our temporary life goals?

Jesus said “Seek ye first the kingdom of God and all these things shall be added to you” Matthew 6:33.

Seek God and achieve a closer relationship with Him and His righteousness and He will meet all your needs. Not the things you lust for which are temporary but everlasing hope and joy and your needs today.
