NOTE IF YOU HAVE BEEN BLESSED, Share “ptl2010.com”
Each of us is brought up differently when it comes to expressing our emotions. Some are taught to let all emotions out even if it hurts others. Some are taught showing emotions is bad. Men do not cry even though a loved one has died. Children are told to calm down when they become too boisterous. What do you do when you are angry at work? Feeling short-changed? Feeling taken advantage of? Do you just keep all frustrations and let it out when you get home, on your spouse, your children or even your mother-in-law? Do not give the devil a foothold on you. Let not the sun go down on your wrath.
Have you been quarantined or under COVID lock-down? Is the stress with family becoming too much? Turn to Jesus and tell Him about all your troubles.
“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls” Matthew 11:28-30.
